How to Order Drugs & Lab Tests

Short Version:
1. Search Item & Click 'Buy Now'
  2. Specify Your Location
  3. Attach Prescription / Lab Test Request
  4. Verify Your Names
  5. Check Out

Long Version:
1. Search for Drugs or Lab Test & Click 'Buy Now' button underneath the description details. The Item will be added to your Order.
 
2. You will be directed your Order Page (Shopping cart) where you can update your item quantities. Click the 'Refresh / Save' button after making changes on your Order's Item Quantities.
 
2. To Remove an Item from your order by click the ‘Remove’ button next to the Item.
3. Provide the Town, Area of Residence (Location). Select Town and Location from the drop down List. Enter Additional Directions to your residence or location for smoother delivery The appropriate Delivery Charges will be diplayed and added to your Order Total.
 
  (If your Location does not appear on the list CALL our support lines before you checkout to find out if delivery can be done to your Area.)
 
 
   
4. You can Attach an Image of your Hard Copy Prescription, Lab-Test Request or Medicine Package  by taking a picture of it with your Smartphone or  by Selecting an Image or PDF Document saved in your Smartphone.
 
  On the File Uploader, Set the attached file type by Selecting One of the following options:
  1. Prescription Copy
2. Lab Test Request
3. Medicine Package
4. Other Attachment
   
  Take a picture with your smartphone camera or browse to a Image or document saved in your smartphone. Click 'Upload' and WAIT for the file to get uploaded.
 
 
 
 
 
  Click 'Proceed' after your file is uploaded to return to your Order.
   
 
 
  Click ‘Check Out’ below your order.
 
 
5. You will be directed to verify of the Order Owner Details as follows:
1. Names of Order Owner
2. Telephone Number
3. Email Address (Optional)
4. Gender
5. Age or Date of Birth
6. Picture of Order Owner (Optional)
 
You can edit the Enquiry Owner Details at any time before you Check Out. Click the Order Owner names located at the top of your Enquiry (See Tap to Edit).
   
 
6. Below  the Order Owner details you can Click 'Save & Return' to return to your order or Click ‘Check Out’ after filling the details to be directed to the Payment Options Page.  
 
7. You can CALL our Support Lines BEFORE you CHECK OUT to Enquire for DISCOUNTS and other Affordable Options. These will be applied to your order in real time. Click the 'Refresh / Save' Button on your order to See them.
 
 
 
   
8. You can Pay Using Mobile Money via M-Pesa or Using your Debit or Credit Card via Pesapal Payment gateway.  
   
9. After you have completed the payment process you will receive an instant confirmation Text response from SOKOLADAWA.
10. You can Track the Status of your order at any time on the Tracking Link in the Confirmation message.
 
   
11. View your Orders by clicking the 'My Activity' link accesible at the top menu on each page.
